Ariana Muth

Vice President

Ariana Muth is the Vice President of Montana Leadership Foundation, as well as the Arizona Leadership Foundation. In her role with both organizations, Ariana works with families on their scholarship options, educates schools on the scholarship program, as well as conducting training seminars. She also coordinates the events for the foundation and works on the business operations side of the foundation managing staff, hiring, payroll and other operational functions.

Ariana is married to Aaron, the Foundation’s CEO and they have two children, Gabriella and Dalton. Their family is a wonderful example of school choice, initially they were in the public school system where they had an incredible experience, but now they are in a private school with amazing teachers and that is the right fit for their family.  Ariana loves to spend time with her family and dogs, traveling, hiking and riding her horse.

Ariana attended the University of Arizona with a degree in BS in Business from the Eller College. Before starting ALF with her husband, Aaron, she worked in commercial real estate.  She did marketing and handled the processing of lease and sale negotiations while she also worked in the accounting department. Ariana started her career as a substitute teacher.  She worked in special education classrooms and in kindergarten through high school, where she had hands-on experience with the public education system.

Ariana loves working with families and hearing the impact the right educational environment can make in a child’s life. She looks forward to seeing the continued impact school choice and the tax credit program have on Montana and Arizona’s students and future leaders.
